I wanted to use the route as a test run for the kit I have been thinking about taking out to Kyrgyzstan for the Silk Road Mountain Race. The weather was a lot worse than expected and should have packed better waterproofs, a few more layers and definitely a brighter light ! Still, here’s the kit list. It got me round !
